Mandalian Orders Portal

The Mandalian Orders Portal is the online ordering service of Mandalian, a fine-jewellery manufacturer, for its business clients (jewellery shops). Each client receives a personal account created by Mandalian.

• Client catalog – each client sees its own collections and products, with pictures, sizes, colours, weights and stone details.
• Ordering – clients order pieces from their catalog or send a custom design (description, size, colour, photos, work required).
• Order follow-up – clients follow each order (New, On-Going, Finished) and can change or cancel it while it is new.
• Notifications – the printed order is sent by e-mail; SMS or WhatsApp messages inform about new orders and status changes.
• For Mandalian staff – catalog management, order processing, stone requirement reports.

The portal uses Google Drive only to store and show the pictures of the catalog products and of custom orders, in a folder of Mandalian's own Google Drive. It does not access other files. Details: Privacy policy.
